Hello, I’m Mark Benson, and through my company Capital & Professional Consulting Ltd I provide Estate Planning and Will Writing services for individuals, families and business owners.  I also provide professional technical support and consultancy services for private client advisers, trustees, financial planners & financial services product providers.

I have extensive experience in financial services, trusts and banking.  In the last 15 years I have focused on technical support, trusteeship & administration and operations management to director level in the financial services industry.  Prior to that I worked for over 10 years for international banks in financial derivatives trading and operations management.

My experience spans product operations, sales and adviser support, marketing and product documentation, terms & conditions and sales and training presentations. I have built teams and processes to support the sale and operation of financial products and specialist tax mitigation trusts.

I am a qualified TEP full member of STEP and Member of the Society of Will Writers.
